Abstract:Due to the effect of the structural characteristics and service environment of the esophageal stent, fatigue damage of esophageal stent is developed easily, which may lead to serious complications. At present, the research on the fatigue performance of esophageal stent involves load spectrum, stress-strain, fatigue crack and fatigue life prediction, and there are three main research methods: theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental research. In this paper, the various analysis methods and limitations of measuring the fatigue performance of esophageal stent are described and summarized in detail, and the future research of esophageal stent is prospected.
