    Abstract:

The purpose of this review is to provide a theoretical basis for the application of tissue repair, organ regeneration and regenerative medicine.By reading a lot of documents, this paper simply described the contollability of ECM stiffness and its control methods, the direction of ECM with different rigidity in regulating MSC differentiation and the role of integrin in the signal pathway of ECM rigidity in regulating MSC differentiation . The role of integrin in the signaling pathway of ECM rigidity regulating MSC differentiation was highlighted. Signal pathways in which ECM stiffness regulates MSC differentiation include Rho/ROCK signal pathway, integrin /FAK signal pathway, ERK signal pathway, JNK signal pathway, wnt--catenin signal pathway and PI3K/Akt signal pathway, etc. Integrin, as a transmembrane heterodimer glycoprotein, participates in part of the signal pathway to transmit mechanical signals to MSC. Different integrin families participate in different signaling pathways to regulate MSC differentiation in different directions, and there are more or less mutual influences among these signaling pathways.
