    摘要:目的:探讨羽毛球运动员足踝耦合系统落地瞬间生物力学特征对运动风险的影响,为避免初学者踝关节高频次、高强度触地发生运动风险提供可参考依据。方法:选取天津体育学院60名羽毛球男子运动员(二级以上30名和羽毛球初学者30名)作为研究对象,将初学者作为实验组,将二级以上运动员作为对照组。采用瑞典公司生产的Kistler三维测力台和Qualisys动作捕捉系统对各受试者踝关节进行运动学与动力学数据采集,取三次有效测试的平均值,并进行两组间数据对比。结果:①运动学方面:实验组跖屈背屈角度均显著小于对照组(P<0.05),实验组内翻和内旋角度均显著大于对照组,外翻和外旋角度不存在显出差异。②动力学方面:实验组向左方向力和向右方向力均显著大于对照组(P<0.05),实验组与对照组前后方向力和垂直方向力不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。③关节力矩方面:外翻力矩和外旋力矩实验组均显著大于对照组(P<0.05),内旋力矩对照组显著高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论:相比初学者,专业运动员的踝关节运动具有良好的动态稳定性和灵活性,左右方向较小的活动幅度和受力就可以完成缓冲任务,并且专业运动员跖屈背屈角度增大,也是良好训练效果的体现,使缓冲时间稍微加长,以防止踝关节突然落地时刻的冲击,建议初学者除加强腓侧肌群训练外,也可针对踝关节与足部和小腿之间的协调性,改善活动幅度,可有效避免运动风险。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: objective: to explore the influence of biomechanical characteristics of foot-ankle coupling system of badminton players on sports risk at the moment of landing, so as to provide reference basis for avoiding the risk of high-frequency and high-intensity landing of ankle joint of beginners. Methods: 60 male badminton players of Tianjin Institute of physical Education (30 of Grade 2 and 30 of beginners) were selected as the research object, the beginners as the experimental group and the players of Grade 2 or above as the control group. The Kistler three-dimensional force measuring platform and Qualisys motion capture system produced by Swedish company were used to collect the kinematic and dynamic data of each subject's ankle joint, and the average values of three effective tests were taken, and the data between the two groups were compared. Results: 1Kinematics: the angle of metatarsal flexion and dorsiflexion in the experimental group was significantly smaller than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The angles of varus and internal rotation in the experimental group were significantly larger than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference between valgus and external rotation. 2Kinetics: the left and right directional forces in the experimental group were significantly larger than those in the control group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in anterior and posterior directional force and vertical force between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05). 3 Joint torque: the valgus moment and external rotation moment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the internal rotation moment in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: compared with beginners, the ankle movement of professional athletes has good dynamic stability and flexibility, the buffer task can be completed with less range of movement and force in the left and right direction, and the angle of metatarsal flexion and dorsiflexion of professional athletes is increased. it is also the embodiment of good training effect, so that the buffer time is slightly longer to prevent the impact of sudden landing of the ankle joint. It is suggested that beginners should not only strengthen the training of the fibula muscle group. Can also be aimed at the ankle and foot and calf coordination, improve the range of movement, can effectively avoid the risk of exercise.
