    摘要:

    目的 分析足底压力分布的统计学行为,提取足部运动的特征,为步态识别研究用于医疗临床诊断、康复训练和大众健康等提供可能。方法 通过对采集到的足部压力数据进行预处理;对数据进行统计分析;实现足迹重构,并对足迹、分割区域以及各区域压力分布率进行比较分析,实现对足部运动特征的分解。结果 分区域对足底压力峰值进行分析比较,以不同区域压力峰值变化曲线的交叉点为依据,将足底区域分为脚趾区域、跖骨区域、足弓部区域、脚跟区域四个区域时,可准确地对足部运动特征进行提取。 结论 足底压力峰值进行足部运动特征进行提取,并分为将足部运动分为四个阶段:着地阶段、整足接触阶段、足跟离地阶段和离地阶段。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the statistical behavior of plantar pressure distribution, extract the characteristics of foot movement, and provide the possibility for gait recognition research to be used in medical clinical diagnosis, rehabilitation training and public health.Method By preprocessing the collected foot pressure data;performing statistical analysis on the data;, realizing the reconstruction of the footprints, and comparing and analyzing the pressure distribution rate of the footprints, segmented regions and each region, the foot motion characteristics are decomposed. Results. Based on the cross point of pressure peak curve in different regions, the plantar region is divided into four regions: toe region, metatarsal region, arch region and heel region, which can accurately extract the foot movement characteristics. Conclusions The peak plantar pressure is used to extract the characteristics of foot movement, which is divided into four stages: landing stage, whole foot contact stage, heel tiptoe stage and ground off stage.
