    目的 通过了解踝关节贴扎(限制作用为:限制踝关节内翻跖屈)在优势侧单腿落地动作中对膝关节生物力学特征的影响,探讨踝关节贴扎对非接触性前交叉韧带损伤预防的作用。方法 对18位业余运动员优势侧踝关节贴扎后,进行优势侧单腿落地动作,使用Vicon三维运动捕捉系统、一块Kistler测力台和Noraxon表面肌电系统共同采集运动学、动力学、表面肌电的数据,采用配对t检验进行统计学分析。结果 与未贴扎相比,贴扎后触地时刻的膝关节屈曲角度(p=0.04)和接触地面过程中膝关节最大屈曲角度(p=0.02)显著性增加,而膝关节最大外翻角度显著性减小(p=0.01)。结论 限制踝关节内翻跖屈贴扎可降低前交叉韧带损伤的风险,对膝关节具有保护作用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the effect of ankle joint taping (function of restriction: ankle varus and plantar flexion) on the knee biomechanical characteristics during the drop landing on the dominant foot, and to explore the effect of ankle joint taping on non-contact anterior cruciate ligament injury. Materials and Methods Eighteen recreational athletes completed this study. Subjects performed a dominant-legged drop landing under two different ankle conditions( control and taping). Vicon three dimensional motion capture system and one Kistler plate measured kinetic and kinematic data; Noraxon skin Surface Electromyography (EMG) system was recorded from six right dominant side muscles. Pair t-test analysis of was performed before and after taping. Results Ankle taping significantly increased flexion angle at initial contact and maximum flexion angle when compared to control; but ankle taping significantly decreased maximum valgus angle. Conclusion The way of restriction varus and plantar flexion can reduce the risk of anterior cruciate ligament injury. Ankle taping provided protective benefits for knee joint during drop landing.
