    摘要:

    近年来,随着社会发展增速,腰椎疾病的发病率逐年升高,其手术方式繁多,这种杂而多的治疗方式标志着手术经验的积累和医疗技术的发展,但同时又引发了新的问题——如何对腰椎疾病及其术后康复的程度进行评估,医生与患者对建立腰椎疾病术前检查及术后康复标准的量化指标有了迫切需求。现有研究表明,腰椎旋转中心的测定和人体表面肌电图检查在腰椎疾病治疗中能够在评价临床疗效时减少误差,应用价值较高。本文将从腰椎脊柱的旋转中心开始,描述腰椎旋转中心与腰椎病症的关系,介绍腰椎旋转中心及其肌电联合指标对临床手术及术后康复的评估作用。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, with the growth of social development, the incidence of lumbar vertebrae diseases has increased year by year, and many surgical methods have been developed. These treatment methods mark the accumulation of surgical experience and the development of medical technology. However, a new question appears that the method to evaluate the degree of lumbar disease and postoperative rehabilitation. There is an urgent need to establish a quantitative index of preoperative examination and postoperative rehabilitation criteria for lumbar spine disease from both doctors" and patient"s perspectives. The existing research shows that the measurement of the center of rotation for lumbar spine and surface electromyography can reduce the error in the evaluation of clinical curative effect in the treatment of lumbar vertebrae disease and can be applied widely. This article will start from the center of rotation of the lumbar spine, describe the relationship between the center of rotation r and lumbar vertebrae disease, and introduce the evaluation of the center of rotation and surface electromyography for clinical operation and postoperative rehabilitation.
