    摘要:

    目的:探索胸腰段骨质疏松椎体自由状态的动力学特性。 方法:选取一名健康女性志愿者,提取志愿者胸腰段椎体Dicom格式的CT数据,利用计算机辅助处理软件(Mimics14.0、UG NX 8.5等)实现模型实体化及椎间盘组织补建,导入Abaqus 6.14软件中,建立正常胸腰段椎体及胸腰段骨质疏松性椎体有限元模型,并进行模态分析。 结果:骨质疏松组模型比正常组模型的固有频率降低,振幅增大,随着振动频率增加,模型振动类型由单轴、单向的运动转变为多轴、多向运动,且最大振幅责任椎体逐渐下移。 结论:模态分析能较好地分析胸腰段骨质疏松椎体的动力学特性,骨质疏松患者应当尽量避免处于特定的振动环境,避免增加椎间盘组织退变、胸腰部软组织劳损及椎体后部结构病变的风险。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To explore the dynamics of the free state of the osteoporotic vertebral body in the thoracolumbar region.Methods: To choose a healthy female volunteer,the CT data of the Dicom format of the thoracic and lumbar vertebral body of the volunteers were extracted, and the computerized processing software (Mimics 14.0、UG NX 8.5,etc.) was used to realize model materialization and intervertebral disc tissue reconstruction,the above model was introduced into Abaqus 6.14 software to establish a finite element model of normal thoracolumbar vertebral body and thoracolumbar osteoporotic vertebral body, and modal analysis was performed.Results:The natural frequency of the osteoporosis group model is lower than that of the normal group model, and the amplitude increases. As the vibration frequency increases, the model vibration type changes from uniaxial and unidirectional motion to multiaxial and multidirectional motion, and the maximum amplitude responsible vertebral body move down gradually.Conclusion: The modal analysis can better analyze the dynamic characteristics of the thoracolumbar osteoporotic vertebral body. Patients with osteoporosis should try to avoid the specific vibration environment and avoid the increase of intervertebral disc tissue degeneration, thoracolumbar Risk of soft tissue strain and posterior structural changes in the vertebral body.
