    摘要:目的 通过计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)分析起源于左冠状窦的异常右冠状动脉的血流动力学参数,从而有效评估疾病。方法 选取正常右冠状动脉和起源于左冠状窦的右冠状动脉的两例个体病例,在Mimics软件中重建两个病例的血管模型,并将模型导入到ANSYS CFX软件中进行血流动力学模拟计算,比较两种不同模型的血流动力学情况。结果 起源于左冠状窦的异常的右冠状动脉入口截面具有较小的血流量(9.35×10-6m3/s),这有可能会导致右冠状动脉下游供血不足;起源异常的右冠状动脉急性拐角处的压力(13784.96Pa)相比于正常右冠状动脉(14913.82Pa)较低;异常的壁面剪切力(wall shear stress, WSS)(12.83Pa)大于正常的右冠状动脉(9.74Pa);异常的血管壁变形量较大。结论 右冠状动脉起源于左冠状窦的入口流速及拐角处压力均比正常右冠状动脉小,从而可能导致缺血症状的发生,为之后临床上有效评估缺血等疾病具有理论指导意义。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the hemodynamic parameters of Anomalous origin of the Right Coronary Artery from the Left Coronary artery sinus (ARCA) based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD), so as to make a evaluation of the disease. Methods A normal right coronary artery and an ARCA were selected. Two models were reconstructed in Mimics software and imported into ANSYS CFX software to simulate the hemodynamics. The hemodynamics of two different models were compared. Results ARCA has a smaller volume flow (9.35×10-6m3/s), which may lead to insufficient blood supply downstream of the right coronary artery; The pressure at the corner of the abnormal right coronary artery (13784.96Pa) is lower than normal right coronary artery (14913.82Pa); wall shear stress (WSS) of ARCA (12.83Pa) more than normal right coronary artery (9.74Pa); The total deformation of abnormal right coronary artery is large. Conclusions The entrance velocity and pressure of ARCA are lower than those of the normal right coronary artery, which may lead to ischemic symptoms. It is of theoretical significance for the effective evaluation of ischemia and other diseases in the future.
