    目的 研究人眼角膜在LASIK术后生物力学性能的变化并预测术后角膜刚度。方法 利用可视化角膜生物力学分析仪(Corvis ST)的测量结果,计算表征角膜刚度的瞬时刚度系数(S<sub>TSC</sub>)和表征粘性的能量吸收面积(A<sub>absorbed</sub>),分析屈光术后角膜刚度和粘性的变化规律。结果 LASIK术后角膜的S<sub>TSC</sub>和A<sub>absorbed</sub>较术前差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),角膜刚度预测公式:S<sub>术前</sub>= 1.055bIOP<sub>术前</sub>+ 0.015CCT<sub>术前</sub>,S<sub>术后</sub>= 0.937S<sub>术</sub><sub>前</sub>+ 0.019CCT<sub>术</sub><sub>后</sub>。结论 LASIK手术不仅改变了角膜厚度,也使角膜刚度和粘性降低。对术后角膜刚度的预测有助于临床上对角膜后表面前凸以及对手术切削量的研究。

    Abstract:

    Obiective To study the changes of biomechanical properties of human cornea after LASIK and to predict corneal stiffness after surgery. Method The corneal tangent stiffness coefficient (S<sub>TSC</sub>) and energy absorbed area (A<sub>absorbed</sub>) were calculated by the result of corneal visualization scheimpflug technology(Corvis ST). The changes of corneal stiffness and viscosity after refractive surgery were analyzed. Result The difference of corneal S<sub>TSC</sub> and A<sub>absorbed</sub> before and after LASIK has statistical significance (P<0.05). The formula for predicting corneal stiffness after refractive surgery is: S<sub>before</sub><sub> surgery</sub>= 1.055bIOP<sub>before</sub><sub> surgery</sub>+ 0.015CCT<sub>before</sub><sub> surgery</sub>,S<sub>after surgery</sub>= 0.937S<sub>before</sub><sub> surgery</sub>+0.019CCT<sub>after surgery</sub>. Conclusion Refractive surgery not only changes corneal thickness, but also reduces corneal stiffness and viscosity. Prediction of corneal stiffness after surgery is helpful for clinical study of corneal posterior surface anterior protrusion and Surgical Cutting Quantity.
