    目的 比较不同区域巩膜力学特性的差异。方法 以健康四月龄家猪眼为材料,将巩膜分为前部、赤道部和后部三个区域,分别采用局部压痕法和单轴拉伸法进行力学性能测试:1. 分别对整体眼球巩膜的不同区域分别进行局部压痕。2.沿赤道方向对不同区域巩膜进行环切,制成条带状试件,采用Instron5544材料试验机进行单轴拉伸。结果 正常生理载荷范围内,局部压痕法测得巩膜不同区域的刚度如下:前部为0.91±0.21 MPa,赤道部为0.6±0.16 MPa,后部为0.39±0.13 MPa;单轴拉伸测得巩膜不同区域的弹性模量如下:前部为1.28±0.37 MPa,赤道部为0.95±0.31 MPa,后部为0.72±0.28 MPa。结论 局部压痕法能够反映巩膜的区域性力学特性;巩膜前部相比赤道区域及后部具有更强的刚度。实验结果为进一步探讨近视等眼部疾病的发病机理提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the difference of the mechanical properties of sclera in different regions. Methods The sclera of Sus scrofa was divided into three parts: anterior, equatorial, and posterior area. The mechanical properties of the sclera were tested by local indentation and uniaxial stretching. 1. Local indentation was performed on different areas of the whole sclera. 2. Strip specimens of different regions were circumcised along the equatorial direction, and subjected to uniaxial stretching by Instron 5544. Results Within the normal physiological stress range, the stiffness of different areas of sclera measured by local indentation was as follows: 0.91±0.21 MPa (anterior), 0.6±0.16 MPa (equatorial) and 0.39±0.13 MPa (posterior). The elastic modulus of different regions of sclera measured by uniaxial stretching was as follows: 1.28±0.37 MPa ((anterior), 0.95±0.31 MPa (equatorial) and 0.72±0.28 MPa (posterior); Conclusion The local indentation could reflect the regional mechanical properties of sclera. The anterior sclera performed higher stiffness than the equatorial and posterior areas. The results provide a reference for the further study on the pathogenesis of ocular diseases including myopia.
